Merriam-Webster defines defraud as “to cheat”. I have firsthand knowledge of someone who was cheated so what I present here is not speculation or conjecture. That would be just plain irresponsible on my part.

The membership was very different than anything ever attempted by any copywriter, so I completely understood when he could no longer promise unlimited copy to members. Once he sent out the email out saying he was selling it, I canceled my membership because I only wanted to work directly with him and not take a chance on someone I didn't know. I really didn't think it was possible to do that for one person, but for the most part, he was very good at it, plus the copy converts well. Everyone in business will make a mistake if you try enough things and I think that the membership was his mistake.
