Ok, there is a solution…
Under your login email and password change the “My account” to “My transactions” in the go to drop list.
Click login. Worked for me..

Yeah, same here. Tried different browsers as well. We also tried clearing out all cookies, temp internet files, etc.

I’ll try again later today to see if they have the issue resolved.

I’m surprised that Paypal hasn’t posted any info about the issue.

Me too.. Since yesterday, am unable to login..
Tried different browsers.. but no use.
